Therme Dubai is one of the most ambitious projects of the wellness industry, which will appear in the center of Dubai, in Zabeel Park. It is a vertical resort with a height of about 100 meters, combining thermal pools, botanical gardens, water attractions, innovative medical technologies and cultural spaces. The complex, worth about AED 2 billion, will become a new global benchmark in the field of wellness and longevity.
Architecture and concept
Therme Dubai is designed as a multi-level “heavenly oasis structure”: terraces, tropical gardens, swimming pools, waterfalls and restoration zones are located on different levels. The concept combines nature, architecture and technology with a focus on sustainability: up to 90% of the water will be recycled and most of the cooling will be run on clean energy.
Main areas of the complex
Play Zone
Family entertainment area, where there will be water attractions, more than a dozen water slides, wide swimming pools and playing spaces. This is an adapted space for guests of any age.
Relax Zone
Zone for a relaxing holiday: thermal pools, mineral baths, warm plunge pools and relaxation zones among green gardens. The space is designed as a state-of-the-art therapeutic environment for recovery.
Restore Zone
Different types of saunas – from northern to Roman and Japanese – steam rooms, oxygen spaces, restorative rituals for the body and mental balance.
Innovative Health Zone
The zone of scientifically-oriented longevity: hyperbaric oxygenation, cognitive productivity programs, personalized nutrition, modern rejuvenating techniques and wellness diagnostics.
Tropical Botanical Garden and Waterfalls
One of the brightest parts of the project is a huge indoor botanical garden with hundreds of plant species. Three large waterfalls will be placed between the platforms of the complex, which will create the effect of a “hanging” natural park in the center of the metropolis.
Culture, gastronomy and events
Therme Dubai will become not only a wellness center, but also a cultural space. Inside, there will be art installations, exhibition areas, event spaces and a Michelin-style haute cuisine restaurant. This makes the complex a full-fledged center of recreation and cultural life.
Ecology and sustainability
The project is designed in line with Dubai’s Quality of Life Strategy. It uses green architecture, climate-controlled zones, water recycling and sustainable cooling technologies. This approach allows you to create a year-round space that is comfortable even in the peak of heat.
Importance for Dubai
Therme Dubai will strengthen the city’s position as a global hub for wellness tourism and innovative architecture. It will be not just a spa, but a whole world of health, recreation, nature and technology in one space.
