Aircraft description

King Air is a family of American general purpose turboprop aircraft. The ancestor of the line made the first flight in 1963. It was produced in many modifications. Initially, the aircraft was developed and began to produce the British company Beechcraft, later bought by the American company Raytheon Aircraft Company. Since 2007, Raytheon Aircraft Company has sold its aircraft manufacturing assets, which are now called Hawker Beechcraft Corporation.

The aircraft is a conventional low-wing monoplane powered by two Pratt & Whitney turboprop engines. It has established a reputation for reliability and safety in demanding operating conditions.
