The Hawker 1000 medium-haul business jet manufactured by British Aerospace is an excellent solution for the comfortable and affordable transportation of up to 10 passengers over a transatlantic distance. The Hawker 1000 was developed by British Aerospace and is the largest in the HS-125 lineup (BAe-125). For the first time, a prototype aircraft BAe-125-1000 took to the air in the middle of 1990. The Hawker 1000 was named after Raytheon acquired British Aerospace's Corporate Jets in 1993. In the aftermath of Raytheon’s sale of its aviation business, a new Hawker Beechcraft Corporation was formed.
